The management of Scandrill has established a set of "Core Values" that mandate behavioral expectations for all employees. Although all of the "Core Values" impact Scandrill's performance in HSE, two "Core Values" in particular are essential in getting HSE right.

We recognize that there are inherent risks involved in our daily work responsibilities. We absolutely believe that these risks can be eliminated or mitigated to an acceptable level by the application of sound management policies and the commitment of all employees.
